Shipping policy

Every garment of our collection is crafted individually. 

After your purchase has been processed your order will be manufactured for you. Depending on the amount of recent orders this can take up to two weeks. If the manufacturing time should exceed this period, you will be notified. 

Once your order is completed it will be shipped to your stated shipping address by Swiss Post or an other common shipping provider. You will be notified and provided with a tracking number.

Shipping within Switzerland, Lichtenstein and the European Union is free. On International orders shipping cost of CHF 30.00 apply. 

Please note that on orders outside Switzerland and Lichtenstein custom duties may apply, which you will have to meet independently. Terje Vincentz does not take responsibility for any duty or custom charges placed on your order.
